You'll be the go-to person on site, managing subs, coordinating schedules, solving problems on the fly, and keeping quality and timelines on track. You'll also be an essential liaison between the project manager, trades, and clients, so strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple custom home projects</li><li>Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries</li><li>Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance</li><li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance</li><li>Maintain accurate site documentation and daily logs</li><li>Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and tradespeople</li><li>Solve issues proactively and maintain a clean, safe job site</li><li>Contribute to creating a collaborative, high-functioning construction team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5 or more years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction</li><li>Experience managing custom or high-end homes preferred</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)</li><li>Strong understanding of construction scheduling, code compliance, and quality control</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents</li><li>Tech-savvy, comfortable with tablets, apps, and construction management tools</li><li>Reliable transportation and a clean driving record</li><li>OSHA 30 certification preferred</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive salary range at&nbsp; $90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.</li><li>Health benefits will be available as the company scales</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Room for growth within a scaling company</li><li>Purpose-driven work, rebuilding a community in need</li></ul>Join UsHeyday Build is not just hiring, you'll be helping shape a company culture and legacy from the ground up.
