The ideal candidate will have experience dealing in a professional manner with high-end clientele. We need a proactive team leader to own this position. You will work with the client and sales department to plan and design new construction projects that support the company's strategic plan, values, and brand commitment. Learn more about us at: https://www.heyday.build/ Responsibilities:<ul><li>Attend initial consultation with lead to prepare a proposal for the project</li><li>Meet with the lead to review and revise the proposal as needed.</li><li>Input and monitor lead information in the customer relationship management platform.</li><li>Guide clients through the design and selection process, giving them information on the next steps and making sure all decisions are made in a timely manner.</li><li>Design a space for each client that fits their functional and budgetary needs, as per their contract.</li><li>Develop floorplans and elevations using Chief Architect.</li><li>Conduct site measures, design meetings, a final sign-off meeting, and a job start &amp; close walk-through for each project.</li><li>Coordinate and attend all selection appointments with clients and suppliers, to ensure all necessary materials are selected for the project.</li><li>Complete all tasks assigned in project management software.</li><li>Prepare and present all pricing to clients to determine their final decisions.</li><li>Social Media posting for CKC, projects, and development of the projects.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in residential new home design</li><li>Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design.</li><li>Ability to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Professionalism in manner and attire.</li><li>Experience with Delivery and Warranty processes is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with JobTread and CompanyCam</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>$60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.</li><li>Health benefits will be available as the company scales</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Opportunity to help shape the company's future structure and benefits</li><li>A mission-driven, entrepreneurial work environment with real growth potential</li></ul>This isn't just an admin job.
