Are you a seasoned residential construction professional ready to lead and scale a company with purpose? As our Project Manager you'll lead field operations, manage project schedules, coordinate with subs and supers, and ensure our projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. You'll be the bridge between our estimator, selections team, and superintendents, keeping everyone aligned and accountable while delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction operations across multiple custom home builds
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, estimators, and client coordinators
• Supervise and support site superintendents and subcontractor crews
• Assist with budgeting, estimating, purchasing, and project scheduling
• Establish and enforce quality control and safety standards on all job sites
• Develop workflows and project management systems to scale company operations
• Represent Heyday Build in client-facing conversations as needed
• Support hiring and training efforts to build a high-performing construction team

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a residential construction project manager or head of construction (custom homes preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in job costing, estimating, scheduling, and construction documentation
• Ability to work onsite in Altadena, CA, and oversee multiple job sites
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Self-starter ready to help define the culture, systems, and success of a new company
• Passion for craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and rebuilding communities

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position
• $100,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience.
