We're seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead daily field operations and ensure our custom home projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will be the go-to person on site, managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and keeping quality and timelines on track. You will also serve as a key liaison between the project manager, trades, and clients, so strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This is a full time, salaried supervisory role focused on site leadership rather than hands on construction labor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for multiple custom home projects
  
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
  
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance
  
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
  
• Maintain accurate site documentation and daily logs
  
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and tradespeople
  
• Solve issues proactively and maintain a clean, safe job site
  
• Contribute to creating a collaborative, high-functioning construction team

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction
  
• Experience managing custom or high-end homes preferred
  
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required
  
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, code compliance, and quality control
  
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents
  
• Comfortable with technology, including tablets, apps, and construction management software
  
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
  
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

Full time position

• Competitive salary range at $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience
