Are you passionate about residential design and project coordination? Heyday Build is looking for an experienced Selections and Design Coordinator to join our growing team. As the Selections and Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in working with clients and the sales team to plan and design new construction projects. This position requires an individual with a professional, proactive approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional design services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initial consultations with clients to prepare proposals for construction projects
• Revise and update proposals based on client feedback
• Input and monitor client information within our customer relationship management platform
• Guide clients through the design and selection process, ensuring timely decision-making
• Create functional designs that align with client needs and budget constraints
• Develop detailed floorplans and elevations using Chief Architect software
• Conduct site measurements, design meetings, and ensure final approval of designs
• Coordinate and attend all selection appointments with clients and suppliers, ensuring all materials are selected for the project
• Maintain project management software to track project progress and tasks
• Present pricing to clients and guide them through the decision-making process
• Manage social media content related to project updates and CKC (Client Knowledge Center)

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential new home design
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Excellent attention to detail in drafting and design
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Professional demeanor in both communication and appearance
• Experience with Delivery and Warranty processes is a plus
• Familiarity with JobTread and CompanyCam is beneficial

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience
