We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes for our subcontractors and field crews. If you're organized, and solutions-oriented we want to meet you. This role is part scheduling, part documentation, part human glue. You'll help shape the rhythm of our builds, reduce friction in day-to-day operations, and ultimately help our subcontractors succeed so our homeowners can thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Be a day-to-day point of contact for subcontractors helping get them paid, coordinating schedules, communicating expectations, and resolving issues quickly
- Keep project calendars, task reminders, and job site logistics in sync so nothing falls through the cracks
- Support procurement and deliveries: confirm materials are ordered, tracked, and arriving on time to keep trades moving
- Assist with subcontractor documentation, licenses, insurance, contracts, and compliance
- Help process invoices, purchase orders, and change orders efficiently and transparently
- Organize and maintain up-to-date jobs site files, finish schedules, and inspection checklists
- Track selection and approval processes for finishes and fixtures making sure trades get the right info at the right time
- Offer day-to-day administrative support to the office and field team as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in construction coordination, field support, or administrative roles (residential construction preferred)
- A collaborative, respectful Bi-Lingual communication style with both field and office teams
- Experience managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and staying on top of details
- Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, project management tools like Buildertrend or similar)
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Eagerness to support a fast-moving team and improve systems as we grow
- Must be able to work on-site in Altadena, CA
Compensation:
- Full time position
- $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.
