Heyday Build

Project Coordinator (Construction)

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes for our subcontractors and field crews. If you're organized, and solutions-oriented we want to meet you. This role is part scheduling, part documentation, part human glue. You'll help shape the rhythm of our builds, reduce friction in day-to-day operations, and ultimately help our subcontractors succeed so our homeowners can thrive.

With 25 years of expertise, Heyday Build stands on a foundation of excellence, sustainability, and community impact. We're now focused on helping fire victims by rebuilding homes in Altadena after the recent wildfires, laying the groundwork for a collaborative team ready to build a better tomorrow.
